JPEGImageDecoder....
since the number of pictures that I have been taking with my Sony F717 lately, and my interest towards photography building up, thought of experimenting with JPEG filters for noisy pics taken at higher ISO.
Looked into JPEGImageDecoder, BufferedImage,Raster classes in Java. Support look pretty extensive at the moment, hoping to finish a small noise filter application soon.
